Artist Statement
‘It has been my great honor to create legacy images for my clients, their families and their pets. In my studio sessions I simply love ‘Controlling the Light’ and creating portraits that bring joy to last a lifetime. Recently transitioning my focus from studio work to the field, I now indulge my passion for creating Fine Art Imagery, taking great pleasure in ’Chasing the Light’, while seeking to capture the unexpected. While documenting the amazing experience of life on this planet, I always feel as if someone should pinch me, because I get to do what I love, each and every day! I find I am never happier than when I am gifted the opportunity to simply roam with my cameras. And the artistic legacy I strive to achieve is to create a body of work honoring where I have been and all beings that I have encountered along the way.’ – Pat Kennedy Corlin
