Human Scale — Softening Geometry

This series focuses on people situated within the city’s geometric structures. Small figures offer a gentle counterpoint to its geometry. They serve as subtle measures of space—reminding us that even the most ordered urban design is ultimately a place someone lives in.

About Artist

Jaeseok Lim

I’m a South Korea–based photographer drawn to stillness, structure, and the subtle rhythms of everyday spaces. With a background in science and surgery, I tend to see the world through a lens of precision—yet I seek poetry in shadow, repetition, and silence. I mostly shoot with Leica gear, exploring themes of minimalism and abstraction in the urban and architectural details around me.
