Carmen Traub is an avid sea and shorebird rescuer and photo enthusiast. 2008 was her first bird rescue: saving an Australian Pelican from fishhook & line entanglement. Since then, giving birds a voice has been her mission. She and her husband started Endangered Species 2050 (www.endangeredspecies2050.com) to expand the vision of seabird rescue to saving all endangered animals and plants from inevitable extinction. Carmen also started 'Trash Moms' (endangeredspecies2050.com/trash_moms/) as one of Endangered Species 2050 earth clean-up crews. "The earth is the zoo and we are the keepers.", Carmen says. When Carmen is not cleaning the earth or saving birds, she spends hours upon hours taking photos of birds. Her photography website page is https://carmentraub.com/carmen-traub-photography/. Also on her website, you will find her music and talk show history.
