About Artist

John Lauritsen

With 10,000+ miles logged and the Appalachian Trail conquered, John feet know no bounds. Capturing the World, Step by Step: John's journey with photography began in 1994 with his dad's trusty Minolta XG 1. KINSA, Kodak’s international award soon followed, igniting a fire that led him to share his vision through workshops and classes. For John, photography isn't just a passion; it's an extension of his mind, translating vibrant textures and colors into stunning visuals. Where Magic Meets Wanderlust: Deep within the wilderness, nature's magic comes alive for John. His photography evokes both serenity and wonder, inviting viewers on a journey through his explored landscapes. Follow him and discover the world, one captivating step at a time.
