Moonlight lurker

A low angle shot of an Ameles heldreichi on Euphorbia acanthothamnos. I took this photo in March 2024, on a mountain near Athens, Greece. I shifted my white balance towards blue to make it look like a night scene, straight out of a horror movie.

About Artist

Panagiotis Dalagiorgos

I am a nature photographer from Greece, mostly interested in macro photography. I got my first camera on June 2020, and since then I have been trying to explore the amazing small world, and make the best pictures I can out of it, always prioritizing the well being of my subjects. My goal as a photographer is to make people more aware of the beauty that is all around us but often goes unnoticed, and also learn about the importance of conservation and its major role in preserving our ecosystem.
