About Artist

Vladim Vilain

Vladim Vilain was born in Haïti, where he spent most of his early life before relocating to Canada following the earthquake. Currently based in Montréal, his visual arts projects explore questions of identity and culture through the lens of Afro-surrealism. Vladim graduated from the professional photography program at Collège Marsan in 2022. He also works as a commercial photographer in fashion and music.
