Robert Lie is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning photographer from Indonesia. He is a renowned travel and Leica photographer with global recognition as a photography judge. He has judged over 130 international photography contests worldwide, including prestigious competitions such as the New York Photography Awards, Global Photography Awards, and the 10th World Water Forum. He also served as a jury member for the esteemed Salon Foto Indonesia in 2021, 2023, and 2024.  He won Pangea Gold Siena Awards 2020, Discovery of The Year Annual Photo Awards 2024, Iphone Photography Awards 2023 1st Winner of Still Life, Art Remarkable Awards 2024 Siena International Photography Awards 2024, 2nd Prize Australian Photography Awards 2024, TPOTY 2022 and more than 400 international awards. Robert’s works have been published in numerous articles and exhibited worldwide. His first photography exhibition was hosted by Leica Indonesia in 2017, followed by exhibitions across Indonesia, South Korea, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, Vienna, Iran, Mexico, USA, Bangladesh, Dubai, Myanmar, India, Sweden, China, and many other countries. His most recent exhibition was organized by Leica Malaysia in 2025. He was also selected as an International Artist at the Exposure Photography Festival Canada 2020. Additionally, he was a guest speaker at the Contemporary Photography Festival 2018 in the United Arab Emirates, the Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival 2020, and Amity University Dubai 2020.
