Chandresh Kedhambadi (C.K.) is an award-winning landscape and astrophotographer based in the Canadian Rockies, driven by a curiosity to explore the wild places beyond the obvious trail. His work takes him into Alberta’s glaciers, ice caves and frozen wilderness, as well as beneath the night sky in pursuit of the Northern Lights and Milky Way. A storyteller at heart, Chandresh combines artistic vision, exploration and science, often using the human element to reveal scale, emotion and our connection to the landscape. His ice cave photograph “YATRA - The Journey” was a runner-up in Canadian Geographic’s 2023 Photo of the Year. He is a NASA Aurorasaurus citizen scientist, Sony Alpha Universe contributor, f-stop gear ambassador and featured presenter at international photography and aurora conferences.
