Bold Tenderness – MAS Antwerp
Bold Tenderness transforms the red sandstone architecture of MAS Antwerp, revealing pink and creating orange directly in-camera. It questions learned colour codes and explores how strength and tenderness can coexist, opening space for diversity and change. Part of the Shifted Sights series.
About Artist
Dani Kiwi
Dani Kiwi is an emerging photographic artist, composer and electronic music producer. Her creative journey began as a teenager, developing photographs in the darkroom and composing music at the piano. After 20 years as an entrepreneur in the digital field, she chose in 2026 to become the artist she had always felt she was. Her photographic art explores the tension between stability and change, a theme that also shapes her own life. Using intentional camera movement, long exposures and occasional double exposures, she transforms familiar places — from architecture to natural landscapes — directly in the camera. Her works range from contemplative and poetic to geometric and bold, resonating with people who find grounding in nature, reflect on their values and are open to change. Selected photographic works find a musical continuation in her electronic compositions, extending the visual experience into sound. Dani Kiwi lives and works between mountains and sea, in Central Switzerland and Catalonia, Spain.
