Kompaniychenko Evgeniy Petrovich (Evgeniy Kom) was born on October 27, 1945 in Austria, the city of Krems. Since 1991, member of the National Union of Photographers of Ukraine NFU. From 1984 to 1988 he studied at the Moscow State Institute of Culture at the Faculty of Cinema and Photography. During his studies, he created 13 documentaries that received first places in all competitions. From 1978 to the present, he has taken part in more than 300 domestic and foreign exhibitions and photo competitions. Photo vernissage on Pokrova (FIAP blue ribbon) Since 2000, I have been organizing personal exhibitions in Zaporozhye every year, and have exhibited four times in Odessa, Sumy, Khmelnitsk, Krivoy Rog, and Evpatoria. I give the greatest preference to the documentary genre, but not in the dryly protocol style of fluent journalism, but enriched with artistic aesthetics. That which affects our emotions, regardless of the captured moment, light, angle, spots and lines, shadows and reflexes. The most important project in my creative baggage is observing and recording the most characteristic moments from the life of vacationers in Crimea. Today my works are in the collections of the Odessa Museum and the Khmelnytsky Museum of Photography Studio, as well as in Gabrovo, Bulgaria, the Museum of Humor and Satire, as well as in the private collection of a French collector in Strasbourg and Zaporozhye, Ukrain.
