Sand
Sand in all its forms and when light and sometimes, water is added brings a new dimension to the scene. Differing textures, patterns and shapes evolve. Whether captured on the ground or from the air, sand delivers the viewer an unique perspective and interpretational engagement.
About Artist
Craig McGowan
I received my first SLR as a teenager. Then a work career, family and life in general took up the next decades. Photography was non-existent. Around the early 2000’s I slowly re-engaged with photography. Buying my first DSLR over 15 years ago, I have found a passion for landscape photography. I thoroughly enjoy getting into nature, especially remote locations and immersing myself as often as possible. My photographic development continues and in recent years I have embarked upon my print journey. While prints are the end of the photographic continuum, printing I suggest has enhanced my photographic capture and processing abilities with superior results.
