The Unwanted Gaze

About Artist
Yohana Papa Onyango
I am a Kenyan-German visual artist based in Zurich, working across photography, film and music with a focus on people, identity and diaspora. My stills move between documentary, editorial portraiture and street photography. I am drawn to unplanned moments where environment and human interaction reveal something beyond the surface.
