Bio

Kat is a photo artist from Thailand. Her work is rooted in the exploration of identity that is continuously shaped by her South East Asian heritage along with her artistic practice in dance and movement. Drawn to the scenic, she explores places and people through an intimate, narrative lens, often photographing her subjects in close relationship to their environments. Her journey of continuous self discovery and cultural reflection informs her world building, as she often creates from feelings of memory and romanticism. She strives to seek or create beauty in everything, including the mundane, the daunting, and the unknown.
