Bio
I've been taking photographs since I was 10 years old, in order to send photos of his family to my father, who was often away on military campaigns. I also had a photographer uncle whom I saw from time to time. For these reasons, capturing moments through a lens felt like a natural part of my life. Then, when I retired, I wanted to pursue photography, that is to practice it as an artistic expression, gradually moving from film to digital. This is how I experienced all forms of photography, finding my joy in capturing countless images of my surroundings, which I enhance as best I can by fine-tuning the post-production. Participating in photography competitions plays as a motivation for me to continually improve. While the awards and scores I receive are gratifying, I understand that they are merely reflections of my growth and dedication, not definitive measures of an eventual talent. Each click of the shutter is a step further in my artistic journey, as I seek not just to document life but to express my unique perspective through the images I catch.
