In October of 2024 I was fortunate to capture northern lights twice in one week at the Hudson Valley region of New York. It's very rare when auroras appear with such intensity at lower latitudes and lasting long enough to photograph them at multiple locations from the air and the ground.

This photograph reflects to the true meaning of team work besides its nice composition and light. Jumpers exiting together from a 3 airplane formation in the late sunset while flying at 16,000 feet required lot of coordination between all skydivers, pilots, and photographer/skydiver Laszlo Andacs

Honorable Mention

In February of 2023 photographer and skydiver Laszlo Andacs had an extremely rare and unique opportunity to make a jump over the Blue Hole in Belize. Jumping with professional photo gear is a challenge itself,  landing/splashing down in salt water made it even more difficult to capture such an image
