Mahendra has a lifelong passion for photography, inspired by childhood experiences and extensive reading. His photography style incorporates various elements such as pattern, repetition, and contrast, but is notably distinguished by his masterful use of natural light. With a focus on capturing the culture and personality of different spaces, Mahendra has traveled extensively, particularly across Southeast Asia. Mahendra's photography has earned him numerous accolades, including first prizes in prestigious competitions like The Independent Photographer award and the Black and White International award, as well as recognition in the Tokyo International Photography award, and as a finalist in competitions like HIPA and Siena Awards.
