One day in October, I came across this mudskipper swimming over the mudflats of a well-preserved tidal ecosystem in Korea. While lying on the mud taking photos, I suddenly locked eyes with a mudskipper peeking out right beside me like a Navy SEAL quietly surfacing above the water.

About Artist
Humin Lee
I am photographer Lee Huimin, currently working as a Nikon Korea Ambassador. The reason I continue this work is that, in a natural setting, I can experience the same sounds and scents as the animals, gradually blending into their lives and feeling a sense of oneness. I hope that my work will continue to serve not merely as images, but as a medium for sharing experiences. I also wish that through my work, even those who do not have the opportunity to wait for animals in nature can feel a connection with them.
